Understanding Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Health Through Hypnotherapy

When we talk about wellbeing, mental health and emotional health are often used interchangeably—but they are distinct, and understanding the difference can transform your personal growth. 15 systems of the brain - the Brain Town Team

Image
I was recently working with a client who was struggling with confidence and anxiety (their words) and it seemed an appropriate idea to explain how the 15 systems in a brain work together but can often appear in conflict if the roles are not clear. He made plans, helped make good choices, and kept other friends focused. When Leo was ...

However, a growing challenge emerges when the injections are stopped . Appetite returns, old habits can reappear, and motivation may fall away quickly. From an NHS and NICE perspective, this is not a failure of the individual, but a predictable gap between biological intervention and long-term behaviour change . This is where approaches such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) , used responsibly and alongside medical care, can offer valuable psychological support. The NHS and NICE Perspective: Long-Term Change Requires More Than Medication NICE guidance on obesity...
